Executive Coaching

Managers and Executives must execute effectively, lead and motivate personnel, all the while, mentoring those poised for future leadership. At the same time, many managers may question whether they are content in their job and even career.

During 22 years of service in the U.S. Army, I taught Leadership skills to mid-level officers, counseled and mentored them and evaluated how stress factors impact performance, critical to operations and professional development. This first hand experience transfers across industry and can be applied to all corporations, large and small.

I will assist managers/leaders to combine highly developed interpersonal skills with inspired, effective leadership skills in order to lead well-functioning organizations. I will assist managers as they adapt to an ever changing and demanding work environment, and help them to identify and reach their full business potential.

Many leaders in the military are currently facing, or will face, transitional times with unique leadership challenges whether they are still serving, redeploying back to the states, or getting out/retiring.
