My Expertise
Hello and thank you for visiting my website. I am Dr. Margaret (Peggy) Laneri, Executive Coach, ICF certified coach and licensed psychologist. I bring to my coaching years of invaluable experience as a psychologist. I have worked in many capacities, but in each always directing, guiding, mentoring, and advising diverse groups of people, or individuals. I am told by friends, family and past and present clients that I have incredible intuition, am a great listener and have a supportive and non-judgmental style in working with others. My talents and gifts combine to create an environment conducive to personal and professional reflection, growth and self-discovery.During my 22 years of service in the U.S. Military, I taught Leadership skills to mid-level officers, counseled and mentored them and evaluated how stress factors impact performance, critical to operations and professional development. I truly enjoyed my time in the U.S. Army and loved the camaraderie and leadership opportunities. I have a passion for bringing coaching to veterans and soldiers alike. As a psychologist I conducted risk assessment and psychological evaluations, to children and parents, while also supporting them through therapy. In addition, I conducted parent-training sessions, particularly for parents of ADHD children and educated families while offering support and guidance.
Utilizing my background in psychology, particularly my passion for employing the principles of positive psychology, I will assist you in developing strategies focused on future growth.
